Concept of Human Resource Development

Human resource development is the process of preparing more skillful and competent people to cater to the present and future needs of the organization. The concept of Human Resource Development is helpful for both, employee and the employer. It helps employees to enhance their skill set whereas helps companies to get more talented individuals.

Definition of Human Resource Development

The concept of Human Resource Development was first introduced by Leonard Nadler in the year 1969.
